Who we are

This website is operated by Vaxera AI Pty Ltd (“Vaxera AI”, “we”), Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, the organisation you name (optional), your area of interest and the description you write. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss the enquiry. The form records the sending connection's IP address and browser type to detect automated abuse.

Website measurement. If analytics are enabled on this site they are privacy-respecting: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal identifiers. We see aggregate page visits and which calls to action are used.

Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) for security and reliability, and deletes them on a rolling basis.

How enquiries are delivered and kept

Enquiries are delivered by email to Vaxera AI through an email delivery provider and kept in our mailbox while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing lists.

Third parties

We use a hosting provider for this website and an email delivery provider for the contact form; both process data on our instructions. Where an anti-spam check is shown on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare and subject to its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can contact us at hungnv26@gmail.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest change above.
