FusionLogicSee the bigger picture.

FusionLogic is an AI-enabled operations platform designed for immigration legal practices. It sits as an AI layer on top of the databases and documents a practice already has, and brings out the meaning in all of that data, so the people running the practice can see every matter, every deadline and every document in one place, and ask questions of it in plain language.

FusionLogic matter page for a fictional subclass 190 visa application: case manager, stage, visa, dates and checklist at a glance, with tabs for the AI case story, correspondence timeline and documents register.

The problem

Information is everywhere except in one place

A typical practice keeps the case record in a case-management tool, correspondence in mailboxes, documents on a shared drive, lodgement details in a government portal and money in an accounting package. Each is fine on its own. Seeing the overall picture, such as what is due, what is stuck and what a client was told last month, means someone assembling it by hand, every time.

Who it is for

  • Principals and practice managers who need an accurate picture of the whole practice.
  • Case managers and lawyers who need a matter's full history without opening six systems.
  • Operations and finance staff who reconcile case, time and trust information.

FusionLogic reads from the systems a practice already runs, such as case-management exports, document stores, mailboxes and accounting data, and adds to them rather than replacing them on day one.

Capabilities

What it does today, and what is coming

Each capability is labelled honestly. “Available now” means it is running for a practice today; “In development” means it is being built and tested; “Planned” means it is on the roadmap and not yet started.

Matter at a glance

One page per matter brings together the record, the people involved, the checklist, the documents and the correspondence, in the order it happened.

Operational overview

The practice as a whole: active matters, upcoming deadlines, visa and document expiries, and the workload per case manager.

Search that understands meaning

Semantic search across matter files, correspondence and the practice's own knowledge base. Results show the source document, not just a snippet.

AI assistant with sources

Ask a question in plain language about a matter, a visa pathway or a policy, and get an answer that cites the documents it came from.

Trust-account visibility

Matters with trust balances and their movements, read from the practice's accounting data, alongside the case record.

Knowledge graph views

Interactive maps of how matters, people, sponsors and topics connect, for finding related work and patterns.

Privacy gateway

Client identifiers are removed before any request reaches an external AI model, and the gateway's work is visible on screen.

Runs where you choose

Deployed privately on the practice's own server, in the cloud, or a mix, with open-weight models where they are the right fit.

In development

In development

Case Pilot: the matter record

A full practice-management record (matters, people, sponsors, notes, tasks, documents) so FusionLogic can replace legacy case-management software rather than sit beside it.

Email capture and inbox rules

Correspondence filed to the right matter automatically, with rules the practice controls.

Documents from the record

Letters and forms generated from the matter record, with versions kept.

Planned

Planned

Client portal

A secure place for clients to see progress, provide documents and answer questionnaires.

Office and trust ledgers

Practice accounting inside the platform, replacing the export-and-reconcile step.

Enquiries board

New enquiries tracked from first contact to opened matter, replacing a separate CRM.

What it looks like in use

  • FusionLogic assistant answering a question about subclass 482 nomination requirements from the firm's knowledge notes, with each statement linked to its source note or matter.

Trust accounts: balances by matter, flagged where they need attention.

  • FusionLogic practice dashboard with fictional figures: clients and prospects by year, conversion rate, a lodgement funnel and the size of the knowledge base.
